And if you changed the traditional Anisette aperitif for an Anisette cocktail style?

Blue Cloud Cocktail

• 3 cl Anisette Diamant
• 2 cl Gin
• 1 cl liqueur de curaçao
• 1 cl lemon juice
• Tonic

Make the “Blue Cloud” cocktail in a shaker by adding all the ingredients except the tonic. In the shaker, add ice cubes then beat vigorously for several seconds. Pour into a glass then top it up with tonic.
