Bourbon Geronimo is best enjoyed as an aperitif. You can eat it neat, dry or with ice cubes depending on your preferences.

Old Fashioned Auvergnat

What if you add an Auvergne touch to one of the most classic cocktails: the Old Fashioned. Discover a subtly surprising cocktail, a marriage between the state of Kentucky in the United States and Cantal in France!

• 6 cl  Bourbon Geronimo
• 2 cl  Gentiane Avèze
• 1 piece of sugar

Serve in an “old fashioned” type glass.

Put the sugar in the glass, sprinkle it with Avèze and a drop of Bourbon Geronimo then crush and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Finally, add ice cubes and the rest of the Bourbon.
