Description

Cherry Rocher’s pear brandy or pear distillate is made from Williams pears that have been selected from the best French orchards.

Tasting

It can be used as a base for aromatic compositions, in spirits, pastries, chocolates and ice creams.

“The poire fine à titi” cocktail: two measures of pear brandy and two measures of Cherry Rocher Grande Dauphine.

Recipe

It can also be used to flambé baked Alaska.
