Recipe

Cocktail “Autumn”:

1 dose of chestnut liqueur
1 dose Amber Rum
4 doses of dry cider

Dessert:

As coulis on vanilla ice cream or on cottage cheese.

Can also be used in the baking of a chestnut moelleux cake.
