Our liqueurs are made by macerating fruit or plants in alcohol. Flavours are enhanced by a sugar content that gives the product its aromatic intensity. Cherry Rocher has played a key role in the development of liqueurs as in 1705 Barthélemy Rocher concocted a myriad of recipes using fruit from the Rhone Valley to enhance his wine spirit.
